Magnani & Ricci is specialized in design indoor staircases, handrails and railings customized.
Founded by Walter Magnani and Giuseppe Ricci in the 80s on the Adriatic coast, the company immediately became popular thanks to the craft work of great precision in creating a custome – made design staircases .
The company has set itself the goal of meeting all the needs of the customer with maximum flexibility. It never neglecting the care of details by choosing only high quality materials.
Today, after years, the attention to details and the completely customization is the strength of Magnani & Ricci. The experience gained from the manual skills is completed by a study of design and innovation in continuous growth and research to offer a product and a complete service.
“Wood is our passion, is the heart of our company,” says one of the founders. The Magnani & Ricci ‘s stairs can be realized in all the wood essences present on the market and combined it with glass, steel and iron accessories of craftsmanship. The result is a staircase with a modern design and strong contrasts.
The company works hard to ensuring a 360 ° service. It starts from listening the customer about the project who wants to realize, giving advices on the most suitable materials. This is followed by a visit on site by technicians to take note of meteric servery in order to make an accurate quote. The implementation of the stair and its accessories such as railings has an estimated leadtime between 40 and 50 working days. Magnani & Ricci never finishes its work. In fact after the installation of the product, it is always available for post-sales services for all the problems out of warranty, supporting and guiding the customer in the right routine maintenance of the its product. VISION
Magnani & Ricci wants to create people’s projects just as they imagined them. The company structure has the goal to grow internally to bring all the processes in order to optimize more and more time and completeness of services offered. For 2018, the company also wants to take over certain foreign growth markets focusing on the importance of made in Italy and quality of its customized products. Magnani & Ricci has made changes, introducing activities and innovative methodologies to ride the growing market. Based on tradition and craftsmanship, it however arises in favor to accept new challenges. New markets, new products, new lines and new projects. The interior staircases is the core business, but Magnani & Ricci stairs is only the first brand of new company 3L DESIGN SRL, which it sees members the old founding sons with great expectations. Home decor and design unique components is the next step. A brief flourish a new name with a new mission. It’s called RimaHome and it already exists. Now it is in times of trials, testing and planning. The new brand will completely dedicate to create unique and handmade furniture components in limited quantities and on demand.

The good work has enabled the company to grow in new ways, such as digital communications, and other improvements, in particular the development area, which is increasingly demanding in having all the needs to produce a premium product, exclusive and inimitable. Today thanks to the qualified staff the company is able to reply to the even more distant markets requests, preparing to accept new demands extending the range of products offered.
