This type of intervention is excluded from warranty and runs on the customer’s specific request.

Recall that the maintenance of our products is performed on demand for normal operations such as control of the hardware and mechanical parts.

The remedial measures may be performed in the case where it is accidentally dropped something blunt on a tread in wood and it was damaged, in the case in which the stairs has obvious signs of wear, and is expected to be able to restore it with on-site intervention, in case one were to remove the railing for a move etc ..
