Warranty
The warranty on the products Magnani & Ricci stairs is valid for 24 months from the date of billing and cover the repair and replacement of defective components.
The wear and maintenance are to be excluded to keep any collateral.
The company 3L DESIGN Ltd., regarding the guarantees on the product complies and implements the Law 206/2005 in the version updated by D.L. 25 of 7 February 2012, and in case of compliance with the sales contract defect, you are committed to the restoration of conditions. The guarantee also covers compliance rights arising from ‘poor installation of SCALA.
MAINTENANCE is executed on request for normal operations such as control of the hardware and mechanical parts, restore alignment railings.
These are carried out under a specific customer requirement, which will be charged with the amount based on the type of course of action.
